SKILLS
Do skills of your choosing.  At least 5 reps of each.
Examples of skills you might choose depending on your level could include:
carthwheels, round offs, handstand rolls, stand to bridge, back kickovers, backwalkovers, back tuck rolls, back extension rolls, handstand snap downs, standing back handsprings, snap down back handsprings, round off back handsprings, front handsprings, standing back tucks, standing front tucks or any others you are working on. (Choose skills at your level.  Be careful of tumbling surface.  Do not do skills in which you need spotted.)
